Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our services. If you have concerns about the quality of work completed, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can address your concerns.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and professional manner.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a small scheduling fee.
