Agreement to Terms

North Avenue Refinishing provides furniture refinishing, restoration, and repair services. We offer estimates for all work before beginning any project. All services are performed according to the specifications agreed upon with the customer.

Estimates and Pricing

Initial estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual condition of the furniture upon detailed inspection
• Scope of work required
• Materials needed
• Time required to complete the project

We will always discuss any changes to the estimate with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to begin work.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about furniture condition
• Clearing access to furniture for assessment and work
• Removing personal items from furniture
• Communicating any changes or concerns promptly

Limitation of Liability

North Avenue Refinishing's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, inherent defects, or damage caused by improper use or handling after work is completed.
